301. Types of Boards We Use In Kitesurfing

Here is a piece of advice you are likely to hear from most pro kitesurfing instructors about board size selection: start with a big board. Big board and a small kite is the best combination because it is easier to get in the plane mode the board that is large. I am talking about twin-tip boards here. You may become concerned at this point and say: but what if I outgrew this large board? And my answer is: yes you will! Yet you can use that large board in light wind conditions with a large kite in the future. Now, back to the present time, you can push it even further and use a SUP board if you have access to one.
